Having studied Engineering, Economics and Management at Somerville College, Oxford, Tim joined Vauxhall Motors in the Marketing Services Department. During the seven years he worked at Vauxhall he fulfilled a variety of Sales and Marketing roles. He also trained as an internal Business Process Reengineering facilitator, working with departments across General Motors Europe to improve their efficiency and profitability.

In a slight career change, Tim applied to be ordained in the Church of England, and following theological studies was ordained in 2008. Between 2011 and 2016 Tim led an innovative and entrepreneurial project to plant a new church in one of the suburbs of Telford. In 2016 he moved to serve in a large town centre church in Wellington.

Tim has been successfully coaching individuals for their own personal effectiveness and to address issues they are facing in their work and business contexts since 2015.
